Masonry journey started for us in early 90’s, in Ontario. We started with residential repairs, chimney construction and renovations. We saw a gap in the market that, reliability and being punctual were the key elements to be successful. Following up our values led us in bigger scope of works and other areas such as commercial and institutional construction.
After mid 2000’s Gordion moved to Edmonton for new ventures. Now Gordion has the head office in Edmonton and a branch in Surrey, BC. We are doing masonry works in Alberta from Lethbridge to High Level, in BC from the Vancouver Island to Smithers up North, with 30 people in several job sites. We believe, integration and healthy communication with our clients will help us to achieve the expectations.
Doing a job safely, in its schedule, budget and quality is our core purpose.
The Gordion Knot is a legend of Phrygian Gordium associated with Alexander the Great. It is often used as a metaphor for an intractable problem (untying an impossibly tangled knot) solved easily by finding an approach to the problem that renders the perceived constraints of the problem moot (“cutting the Gordion knot”).
